Arabica (Indonesia, especially Sumatra/Gayo/Mandheling): main aroma notes cacao, wood, herbs, spices; sometimes a light dried-fruit note; adds sweetness and smoothness. Robusta: increases strength, crema, body; pushes dark-chocolate, roasted-nut, woody notes; sometimes slightly smoky/bitter. Recommended for black espresso, latte/cappuccino, and Vietnamese phin when you want a smoother cup. Processed with semi-wash and full wash to keep the character of both coffee types.
