Cultivated on the Ijen Plateau in eastern Java, this coffee comes from large estates established by the Dutch in the 18th century. Grown at altitudes over 1,400 meters, the ripe cherries are quickly transported to mills for meticulous wet processing, resulting in a clean and consistent cup.
